In this investigations we analyzed the shampoos which are non-sterile pharmaceutical products and also cosmetics. The mycologic sites of microbial flora of the samples, which were marketed in different packages and containers, and have different structural characteristics, were detected. For mycological analyses 72 samples were collected. A 37 of them were trade mark and 5 of them not. Also, 24 samples which have been specially produced for hotels and were in their special containers, some of which were sealed and some were not. The original 27 samples were got from foreign countries. The 20 of them, which were bought from Arizona, England, France and Holland were found mycologically clean. The 7 samples were bought from the markets of Istanbul which were Bulgarian and Romanian origine, were found mycologically contaminated The mycological analyses have been on 96 shampoo samples. The 72.9 % of the hole shampoos collected from homes and 37.5% of them were taken special hotel products, were found mycologically dirty.. In one mL of shampoos live mould spores were calculated 200 efu / mL (min.) to 1100 cfu / mL (max.). The mould strains which were isolated from the samples as Aspergillus flavus, A. fumigatus, A.niger, A.glaucus group specises are known the influence of allergy. As a result of high potential of microorganisms in the shampoos shows that, during the producing the process of sanitation wasn’t enough and the rules of hygiene wasn’t used perfectly. As a consequence of this study the importance of pharmaceutical microbiology, the techniques of sanitation and the training of the personal were shown. Keywords :
